Heating system not working

Hi,

I have a Suzuki Carry that the heating is not working just blow ambient temperature if its very cold that's what it blows. The lever or handle that is use to switch where you want the air to be blown doesn't go to last position that is the defrost, it springs back to the previous position

I don't even know where is the core, or where to start. This k truck used to belong to a Japanese fire department I'm wondering if it was removed.

Some pictures of the area to be worked would be very appreciated.

Is there some diagrams for the heating system?

Thanks,
Brumas

What year?

Is the engine coming up to temp on the gauge (usually mid-way)?

Have you traced the heater and defrost levers / cables to look for signs of binding or becoming dislodged?

the year is 1994 or 1995 (same models anyway)

the gauge goes to the mid way always

I haven't try anything yet, I'm assuming that the core should be right on the middle of the vehicle under the dashboard.

I don't even know what should I take it out first. I'll try to look for the things you are talking about. The lever, springs back from the last position to the previous if you try to move it to defrost (last position) so I don't think is dislodged, but I'll give a look.

Thanks for your promptly reply
